Responsibilities of Our Supervisors

Operations Supervisors hold a pivotal role. You will be engaged not only in the retail environment but also in the restaurant and tire care operations. What to Anticipate

You will oversee the store, restaurant, and tire care operations at a Love's Travel Stop. Expect a fast-paced environment where you may switch from managing the store to assisting in tire care or helping in the restaurant. Your primary goal will be to drive sales growth through effective merchandise management while ensuring your teams are well-trained and delivering exceptional service, embodying our motto of 'Clean Places, Friendly Faces.'

Key Qualifications

  • Availability for flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Minimum of 2 years in retail, travel stop, or convenience store management experience.
  • Experience managing operations with annual sales exceeding $2 Million.
  • Proficiency in interpreting budgets and P&L statements for at least 2 years.
  • Experience supervising and training a team of 5-10 employees for a minimum of 2 years.
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License.
  • Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
