Job Summary

Awe Inspired is seeking a highly skilled Wholesale Account Director to drive high-volume growth within our wholesale channel. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of establishing relationships with major and specialty retailers, both domestically and internationally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with top-tier retailers, including department stores, boutiques, and gift shops.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to exceed quarterly sales targets and increase revenue.
  • Implement strategic account management strategies to foster long-term relationships and drive repeat business.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing and sales initiatives.
  • Utilize B2B wholesale platforms to streamline order management and enhance collaboration with wholesale partners.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in wholesale account management, with a proven track record of success in the luxury, fashion, or accessories spaces.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with retailers and internal stakeholders.
  • Fluency with B2B wholesale platforms and a strong understanding of wholesale operations.
  • Established contacts with buyers from specialty stores in the luxury accessories or gifting space across the US, Canada, and Europe.
  • A proactive and self-starting mindset, with a willingness to implement new processes and workflows.
