Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our Warehouse Operations team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for directing and managing all warehouse activities to ensure the highest level of expense control, productivity, and overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement annual operating budgets and monitor P&L lines to ensure compliance and meet established goals.
  • Establish and direct operational procedures for verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of merchandise, and total warehouse inventory.
  • Direct and coordinate activities of the distribution center with member services, customer service, and procurement to ensure availability of merchandise.
  • Maintain and improve the productivity and efficiency of the distribution center.
  • Hire, train, and develop staff, and develop a succession plan.
  • Provide performance appraisals, guidance, recognition, and employee development activities.
  • Oversee all disciplinary actions and employee complaints or grievances.
  • Ensure compliance with all laws and governmental regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • Five years related experience and/or training.
  • Strong communication and computer skills, with the ability to use and learn new technology.
  • Valid Driver's License.
