Behavioral Health Program Manager Position

Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Behavioral Health Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the daily management and operations of our DCR/AOT Crisis Services in Vancouver, WA.
The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Business, or a related field, and at least two years of management/supervisory experience in a behavioral health setting. Mental Health Professional, Chemical Dependency Professional, and Minority Mental Health Specialist certifications are preferred.
As a Behavioral Health Program Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring adequate quality of care for all behavioral health patients, including medication management, chemical dependency treatment, substance abuse care, mental health therapy, peer support services, and case management services. You will also be responsible for administrative matters, such as vacation, staff evaluations, staff performance, staff productivity, and ensuring clinical supervision is provided to Sea Mar staff.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to represent the organization in local meetings and advocate on behalf of Sea Mar patients and the agency. Responsibilities:
- Ensure adequate quality of care for all behavioral health patients
- Manage daily operations of DCR/AOT Crisis Services
- Coordinate with oversight agencies to ensure quality of care
- Conduct quality assurance reviews as required by WAC
- Represent the organization in local meetings and advocate on behalf of Sea Mar patients and the agency
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Business, or a related field
- At least two years of management/supervisory experience in a behavioral health setting
- Mental Health Professional, Chemical Dependency Professional, and Minority Mental Health Specialist certifications preferred
