Neuropsych Sales Specialist

At Teva Pharmaceuticals, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Neuropsych Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional sales performance and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals in the Madison, WI area.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and medical office staff.
- Provide product demonstrations, detailing, and in-servicing to current and potential customers.
- Consult with healthcare professionals to promote products and provide patient education.
- Regularly review and analyze sales data to create effective territory plans and utilize promotional budget funds.
- Maintain a high level of call average as outlined in the sales plan, focusing on top target customers.
- Apply problem-solving techniques to improve performance and company effectiveness.
- Adhere to all Teva's compliance policies and guidelines.
- Achieve all sales performance goals and objectives for the geographical assignment.
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a related field.
- Minimum of three years of full-time, documented business-to-business sales experience required, pharmaceutical sales experience preferred.
- Level of the role will be commensurate to years of experience and performance criteria.
- Proven record of accomplishments in this specific market toward meeting established objectives.
- Well-developed written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to interact with HCPs in both face-to-face and virtual environments, and be proficient with technology.
- Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of reimbursement, managed care, or marketing preferred.
- New product launch experience preferred.
- Broad therapeutic area experience particularly in Neuropsychiatry preferred.
- Competitive salary range: $67,040 – 152,250 annually.
- Participation in the company's sales incentive plan, which rewards employees based on their achievement of defined sales targets.
