Estimated Salary

We offer an attractive salary of $10,000 Sign On Bonus for RNs with 2+ years of experience, in addition to a competitive hourly rate. Our estimates indicate that this translates to approximately $95,000 per year, based on a 36-hour workweek.

Job Description

As a Registered Nurse in our Intermediate Care/Telemetry Unit, your primary responsibility will be to oversee patient care provided by the healthcare team using a professional practice model. You will conduct detailed clinical assessments, prioritize patient and family needs, create, implement, and evaluate care plans. Building therapeutic relationships with patients and families is essential, and you will use different strategies for problem-solving with them. Your expertise will also be valuable in educating patients, families, nurses, and community members to empower them with knowledge for better healthcare choices.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Nursing degree from an accredited institution
  • Current and valid nursing license
  • Exceptional communication skills, including clear expression of thoughts both verbally and in writing
  • Basic computer skills, encompassing areas such as Microsoft Office, information security, scheduling and payroll systems, electronic medical documentation, and email
