Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care, including assessing patients' conditions, developing individualized care plans, and implementing interventions to meet patients' needs.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patients' progress, treatment plans, and test results.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and coordination.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans, identify areas for improvement, and address quality concerns.
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the State of Texas
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in medical-surgical settings, preferably in critical care units
  • BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work well under pressure
  • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
