We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Concierge to join our team at Alamo Drafthouse Cinema. As a Concierge, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring every guest has an amazing experience.

• Provide top-notch customer service, addressing guest needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Stay up-to-date on current and upcoming movies, as well as special events at the venue, to effectively promote and engage with guests.
• Maintain a clean and organized concierge desk, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Process admission tickets, handle cash transactions, and maintain a balanced cash drawer.
• Assist guests with special needs, such as disabilities, and provide support as needed.
• Direct guest traffic within the venue, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
• Champion and adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with other teammates to achieve a positive and productive work environment.

• Possess a passion for the cinematic experience and a strong desire to provide exceptional customer service.
• Be able to operate a point-of-sale system and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Stand and walk for extended periods, reaching, bending, and cleaning as needed.
• Read, write, and verbalize English fluently.
