The specialist will play a crucial role in facilitating onboarding sessions for new hires, ensuring they are well-prepared for their positions.
To excel in this role, you should possess keen observational skills and strong analytical abilities. An effective trainer is capable of employing diverse teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles.
Experience in a manufacturing environment is essential, as the position requires engagement within a production facility.
This position involves conducting orientations for new staff members, so comfort in public speaking and group training is necessary.
Work Schedule: 1 Day Shift & 2 Night Shifts: 12-hour shifts from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. or 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess employee performance to identify areas needing improvement.
- Design training programs to bridge skill gaps among staff.
- Prepare educational materials for training sessions.
- Develop onboarding initiatives for new employees.
- Conduct evaluations to measure the success of training programs.
- Investigate innovative teaching methodologies.
- Participate in educational conferences to enhance training practices.
