THE ROLE

As a Public Area Attendant, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that guests can easily find a clean and welcoming environment. You will uphold the cleanliness and orderliness of various areas, including but not limited to restrooms, dining tables, seating areas, patios, entryways, hallways, and office spaces.

YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE
  • Providing exceptional service to guests and tenants through friendly greetings and attentive support.
  • Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of the venue, including vendor listings and parking information.
  • Ensuring that tables and chairs are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each guest's departure, returning any used items to the appropriate vendor.
  • Keeping the interior, patio, and back-of-house areas free from debris and organized.
  • Adhering to safety and health standards by following established sanitation protocols.
  • Conducting routine restroom inspections and cleaning every 30 minutes.
  • Reporting for all scheduled shifts in full uniform, including mandatory meetings.
  • Fostering a positive and enjoyable atmosphere for guests and colleagues alike.


IDEAL CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

YOU WILL EXCEL IN THIS ROLE IF YOU POSSESS
  • A high school diploma.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in cleaning within a restaurant, hotel, or event space.
  • Strong customer service skills and effective verbal communication abilities.
