Software Analyst for Training Systems

We are seeking a highly skilled Training Systems Software Analyst to join our team at Aviation Systems Engineering Company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for facilitating training system concurrence with aircraft delivery of future software releases.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate Training System Concurrence: Collaborate with the PMA-262 class desk and SSA Integration and Test team to ensure seamless integration of MCS software changes and future aircraft capabilities.
- Monitor and Assess Obsolescence: Continuously monitor and assess the MQ-4C Triton MCS and aircraft hardware/software obsolescence impacts on MSTs, MASTs, electronic classrooms, and maintenance trainers.
- Liaise with Stakeholders: Perform continuous liaison and coordination of GFI/GFS/GFE among PMA-262 SSA, SimDiv, CACI, and ASEC to facilitate Speed to the Fleet initiatives resulting from MCS/aircraft modifications.
- Ensure Software Compliance: Ensure the GFI/GFS/GFE from MCS/aircraft modifications has the required/correct software, software versions, and documentation to be provided to SimDiv and CACI.
- Participate in Classified Meetings: Participate in Classified meetings with PMA-262 stakeholders in support of capabilities in IFC-4 and future capabilities.
- Participate in System Design Meetings: Participate in scheduled and ad-hoc system design related meetings in support of ECPs, TDs, prototype messages, and software configuration management.
- Monitor Configuration Management: Monitor and provide inputs to the configuration management of the MQ-4C Triton training systems.
- On-Site Presence: Position will require on-site presence at least 3 days a week, sometimes more.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree is preferred. Previous MPRA Fleet Deployment experience as an operator in either EP-3, P-8A, or MQ-4C as an EW operator, Tactical Coordinator, or SEVAL, required.
- NAVAIR Test Experience: Previous NAVAIR test experience preferred.
- Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving: Must be able to interpret the MCS software changes and future aircraft capabilities/improvements and how they impact the MSTs, MASTs, electronic classrooms, and maintenance trainers.
