Business Office Manager

Frontier Senior Living is seeking a highly skilled Business Office Manager to join our team at The Auberge at Bee Cave community in Bee Cave, Texas. As a Business Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our community's administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Support: Provide exceptional administrative support to the Executive Director and other department leaders, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Accounting and Bookkeeping: Manage and oversee the accounting and general bookkeeping of the facility, including receiving and recording monthly rental and other payments.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and train receptionist staff, ensuring that they provide excellent customer service and meet quality standards.
- Communication: Maintain positive relations with residents, their families, staff, and guests, and provide regular updates to staff and residents through various communication channels.
- Marketing and Recruitment: Participate in marketing tours and arrange marketing meals, and assist with the recruiting, interviewing, and evaluation of new hires.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work in an environment with multiple interruptions.
- Clerical Skills: Possess basic clerical skills, including typing, filing, light bookkeeping, and computer proficiency.
- Conflict Resolution: Possess conflict resolution skills, with the ability to resolve disputes in an effective and positive manner.
- Teamwork: Ability to function as a team member and work collaboratively with all levels of staff, residents, families, and the public.
