- Assist patients and customers with equipment needs, including ordering, delivery, and setup.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of equipment and services.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and equipment deliveries.
- Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 6 months of customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in computer software and systems.
