Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Hart Medical Equipment. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may have.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with their inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Respond to customer requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and effective manner.
  • Provide customers with product and service information.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless customer service.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 6 months of customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with computers and software applications.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk and hear. Call Center/PAP/Supply departments require frequent seating behind a computer with frequent typing. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs., 50 lbs. for retail. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
