Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with owners, vendors, project managers, and engineers to ensure accurate estimates and meet project deadlines.
  • Compile and process quotes from vendors and subcontractors to ensure accurate estimation.
  • Meet with customers to discuss project needs, research products, and present quotes.
  • Work closely with the Pre-Construction Manager to determine which projects to pursue.
  • Provide clear communication and collaboration with the Construction and Service Business Developers to strengthen our customer pool and deliver exceptional value.
  • Attend project update meetings, estimating meetings, and review labor reports.
  • Review and understand labor reports with the Project Management team.
  • Attend networking and promotional events to promote our services.
  • Participate in annual reviews of work performance and assist in setting business goals.
  • Conduct customer/prospect evaluations with the Pre-Construction Team to determine alignment with our ideal customer profile.
Requirements:
  • Ability to perform basic tasks in an office environment, including sitting for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, and reaching.
  • Able to operate computer hardware and peripheral devices.
  • Good visual acuity for reading instructions, labels, drawings, and contracts.
  • Ability to hear and understand speech in person and over the telephone.
  • Strong verbal communication skills for clear conversations and convincing written correspondence.
