Role Overview:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and address complex challenges
  • Strong visual perception and responsiveness to visual signals
  • Basic computer proficiency for data management
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Prior experience in manufacturing is advantageous

Physical Demands:

  • Must wear cleanroom attire consistently
  • Capability to stand for extended periods and lift weights up to 50 pounds
  • Physical dexterity to operate production machinery

Educational Background:

  • High School diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Basic mathematical skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications

Compensation:

  • Starting pay rate of $18.50 per hour, with additional shift premiums for night shifts
  • Overtime compensation applicable after 10 hours of work

Work Schedule:

  • 12-hour shifts available for both day and night rotations
  • Compressed shift patterns with alternating workdays
  • Timely reporting to the designated work area is required at the start of shifts
