Manufacturing Technician

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to Clean Room protocols and procedures.
- Perform data entry and documentation processing, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
- Operate production equipment, utilizing computer systems for automated processing and quality control.
- Transport and process materials throughout the Clean Room, adhering to safety guidelines and protocols.
- Clean and maintain the work area, ensuring compliance with Clean Room work rules and regulations.
- Perform collateral changes, reel, and tape changes, as well as debonding wafers, and supporting day-to-day after-processing.
- Support basic day-to-day conversion and setup, as well as metrology inspection and escalation of failures to certified Intel Technicians.
- Basic mechanical skills and ability to work with complex problems.
- Ability to distinguish all colors, hear machine alarms, and respond promptly.
- Basic computer skills, including data entry and keyboarding, as well as ability to read and follow written procedures on a computer monitor.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, adhere to safety requirements, and work in a diverse environment.
- Previous Fab experience or high-volume manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Ability to stand for 10 hours, walk to load and unload product, twist, bend, stoop, lean forward, and reach overhead to operate production equipment.
- Lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 20 pounds, as well as ability to ascend/descend stairs and ramps and push/pull wafer lots and carts.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Basic math skills, including adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, and calculating averages/percentages.
- Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) required.
