- We are seeking a skilled Primary Care Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our team of healthcare professionals at CBS Health. In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care to a diverse population, working collaboratively with our clinical care team to deliver evidence-based care and promote optimal health outcomes.
Responsibilities:
">- Patient-Centered Quality and Safety:
- Conduct accurate and thorough assessments of patients' medical conditions, developing effective treatment plans that prioritize their health and well-being.
- Provide compassionate and empathetic care to patients and families, promoting open communication and trust.
- Evaluate and manage patients' medical needs, referring them to specialists as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records, adhering to HIPAA standards and regulations.
Communication and Interdisciplinary Collaboration:
">- Work collaboratively with our clinical care team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
- Participate in daily huddles and contribute to the development of comprehensive care plans.
- Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, patients, and families, promoting a culture of mutual respect and trust.
Healthcare Environment Management:
">- Manage and resolve conflicts effectively, utilizing active listening and empathy to de-escalate situations.
- Cultivate positive relationships with colleagues, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
- Adapt quickly to new models of patient care, prioritizing clinic efficiency and quality outcomes.
Business Acumen:
">- Own the success of your practice, implementing business plans that drive identified goals and objectives.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of operational effectiveness, prioritizing cost containment without compromising innovation or quality of patient care.
Requirements:
">- Master's degree in Family Nurse Practitioner program or equivalent experience as a Physician Assistant with current National Board Certification and State of Employment license to practice in the Advanced Practice role.
- A minimum of 1 year of recent Primary Care experience as a Nurse Practitioner in either a family medicine or primary care practice, preferred.
- Self-motivated, prioritizing and solving problems, taking initiative, and advocating for patients and practices.
- Effective verbal, written, and electronic communication skills, outstanding organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
- Initiative, problem-solving ability, adaptability, and flexibility, proficiency with information management and technology, willingness to obtain multi-state licensures.
