We are seeking a Bilingual (Spanish) Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Virtual Primary Care team. As a member of our team, you will manage a panel of patients in Georgia, Texas, Florida, and other states where we offer virtual care. You'll be the primary care provider for your panel, engaging with new products and tooling that we're rolling out for our virtual care service lines.

This is a remote work-from-home role. To qualify, you must reside in one of the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, or Virginia. **Salary**: The estimated salary for this role is $130,000 - $136,500 per year, plus benefits and bonuses.

Job Description
  • Provide continuity of care to patients with a wide range of acuity from young/healthy to chronic conditions.
  • Collaborate with physicians MD/DO on the Care Team on complex patients / escalated cases.
  • Follow up on labs, imaging, and closed loop communication with patients and other providers.

You will be responsible for using tooling to allow virtual 'exams', including remote home monitoring equipment, remote physical exam, and remote point-of-care diagnostics. You'll also collaborate with registered nurses, medical assistants, and clinical supervisors as needed.

Requirements
  • DNP, FNP, ENP, or PA from an accredited program.
  • Board Certification (NCCPA or AANP or ANCC).
  • Spanish language fluency (read, write, and speak).
  • 3+ years of in-person primary care experience.
  • 2+ years of experience delivering virtual care.
  • Georgia AND Texas state licenses.
  • Compact RN license (if an APRN).

If you have additional licenses in Arizona, Florida, New York, Connecticut, and/or Oklahoma, that's a bonus And if you're not licensed in Arizona but have the necessary pharmacology course hour requirement, we'd love to hear from you too.
