As a PLC Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical control systems, including PLC controls, networking, and HMI systems. You will work closely with our team to ensure the smooth operation of our production lines and help us achieve our goal of becoming a world-class bakery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and maintain electrical control systems, including PLC controls, networking, and HMI systems.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical control systems, including PLC controls, networking, and HMI systems.
  • Develop and implement control system modifications and new projects to improve plant performance and reliability.
  • Provide technical support to production teams and ensure the smooth operation of production lines.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in electrical control systems, including PLC controls, networking, and HMI systems.
  • Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical principles, including motors, servos, pumps, drives, relays, etc.
  • Experience with Allen-Bradley MicroLogix and ControlLogix hardware and software.
  • Ability to read electrical schematics, Process & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID's) and Process Flow Diagrams (PFD's).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
