Job Summary

Prime Machine is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance and Rebuild Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our manufacturing equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on CNC machines and equipment, as well as facilities, to ensure safe and efficient operations.
  • Troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical problems using PLC, ladder diagrams, and other diagnostic tools.
  • Operate machine tools, such as lathes, grinders, and milling machines, to repair or fabricate parts as needed.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and software problems on machines and accessories.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to develop and implement preventative maintenance plans.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in mechanical, electrical troubleshooting, and maintenance of CNC & manual machines.
  • Strong understanding of CNC equipment and Programmable Logic Controls.
  • Experience with PLC troubleshooting and complex machine repair is a plus.
  • Electro-mechanical experience with manufacturing equipment is highly preferred.
  • Ability to operate a PC using company software and perform basic facilities maintenance when needed.
  • Strong competency in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulics.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS office products.
  • Ability to use powered industrial equipment such as Forklift, scissor lift, and pallet jack.
