- Conduct regular reviews of training content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to naval aviation training.
- Advanced degree in aviation, engineering, education, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in naval aviation training and operations, with a minimum of 6 years of experience.
- Strong background in curriculum development, instructional design, or educational technology.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working collaboratively in a team environment.
- Master Training Specialist (MTS) certification.
- Previous experience developing courses or training programs for the Ready Relevant Learning (RRL) program.
