Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager Trainee to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will play a key role in the success of our stores by training on all aspects of store operations and preparing for a leadership position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise day-to-day store activities and ensure overall store performance
  • Identify staffing needs and manage schedules to meet business demands
  • Develop operational action plans and mentor team members to achieve store goals
  • Handle customer concerns and ensure prompt resolutions
  • Ensure proper store signage and product quality
  • Assist in hiring and training store personnel
  • Conduct store meetings and performance evaluations
  • Monitor store payroll and total loss budgets
  • Provide product feedback and recommendations
  • Ensure a safe and healthy work environment
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in a retail environment
  • Prior management experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures
