Job Summary

Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled Formulation Chemist to join our team in a dynamic and innovative environment. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for creating new and innovative beauty products that meet or exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new liquid, powder, or solid beauty products that meet customer requirements
  • Collaborate with production and operations teams to ensure seamless product development and launch
  • Meet with suppliers and technical experts to gather product information and stay up-to-date on industry developments
  • Evaluate alternate chemical suppliers to ensure the highest quality products
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned based on previous experience

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in formulation or a related field
  • Comprehensive knowledge of laboratory procedures, testing instrumentation, experimental design, and controls
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related physical science
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
