Job Description

The Center Operations Manager will be responsible for daily operations at our upcoming therapy center. Key duties include managing communication with parents and families, onboarding new clients, hosting center tours, and maintaining employee certifications and credentials.

Requirements

  • Ability to sit on the floor, kneel, crawl, squat, run, or stand for extended periods
  • Ability to reach and hold objects
  • Ability to lift 30 pounds
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • High EQ and compassion when working with families with children with developmental delays
