Job Summary:

BAART Programs is seeking an experienced Treatment Center Director/Program Manager to lead our Opiate Treatment Program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the operation and performance of the clinic, ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies and maintaining a high level of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage clinic operations to achieve budgeted and planned results
  • Participate in interviewing, hiring, and training of clinic staff
  • Evaluate, manage, counsel, and terminate subordinate personnel
  • Provide direction to clinic personnel and relay corporate mandates, goals, and objectives
  • Work closely with staff to ensure completion of performance goals
  • Communicate with and ensure compliance with regulatory bodies, including SAMHSA, DEA, CARF, JCAHO, HIPAA, etc.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement operational efficiencies
  • Assist with partnering opportunities, linkage/support agreements, and other critical relationships to drive census growth and meet regulatory requirements
  • Develop, monitor, and provide reports on key performance indicators of clinic measures and react accordingly
  • Work closely with OTP Medical Director, Psychiatric consultant, OTP Compliance Manager, and QA/QI activities in various areas, including compliance with federal and state rules, laws, and regulations

Requirements:
  • Multiple years of experience as an administrator of a clinical program
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field from an accredited college or university
  • Understanding of clinic operations and significant experience working in the field of substance abuse
  • Understanding of HIPAA, Federal, State, and CARF standards and regulations
  • Demonstrated organizational and leadership skills with the ability to supervise and manage personnel
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to recommend alternative solutions, execute, and monitor
  • Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and generate ideas and benefits for the Company
  • Customer service-focused, eager, and energetic
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
