Position Summary

As a Personal Shopper at Sam's Club, you will play a key role in supporting Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and making efforts to meet Membership goals.

Maintaining a safe working environment is crucial to our success. You will follow all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, following proper forklift spotting procedures, and correcting/reporting unsafe situations to Management.

You will also be responsible for fulfilling Member Fax 'n Pull and Click 'n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing items, ensuring the accuracy of orders and invoices, securing items until Members arrive, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise to meet Member needs.

Additionally, you will provide Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting the Company's products and services.

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00*. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.

*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
