We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Medical Concierge to join our team at Next Health. As a Medical Concierge, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

About the Role:

As a Medical Concierge, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing expert knowledge on wellness testing and Next Health services
  • Tracking hormone and executive wellness packages
  • Admin support to NP on site - Scheduling, arranging meetings, etc.
  • In-Body / Visia appointment scheduling
  • Lab results/ printing
  • Schedule management - scheduling patients for services
  • Inventory Management - Maintain organized medical supplies, including ordering or advising of inventory needs, as directed

Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • AA/AS degree preferred
  • Basic Medical terminology strongly preferred
  • Minimal one year of medical record upkeep and maintenance
  • Minimal one year scheduling patients and providing follow-up connections
  • Minimal one year administrative support preferably in the healthcare field
