Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers receive a positive and personalized shopping experience.
  • Store Operations: Maintain accurate Associate coverage in service areas, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Leadership: Act as Manager on Duty, adhering to company policy and procedure, and ensuring that store team members perform tasks and activities in accordance with store plan.
  • Communication: Communicate accurately and effectively with management and Associates, setting and addressing priorities, and providing progress updates.
  • Training and Development: Partner with Management on Associate training needs, providing feedback, recognition, and coaching to Associates.
  • Adherence to Policies: Ensure adherence to all labor laws, policies, and procedures, promoting a culture of honesty and integrity.
Requirements
  • Availability: Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
  • Leadership Experience: 6 months leadership experience in a retail environment.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
  • Communication Skills: Superior communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
