- Training and Development: Partner with Management on Associate training needs, providing feedback, recognition, and coaching to Associates.
- Adherence to Policies: Ensure adherence to all labor laws, policies, and procedures, promoting a culture of honesty and integrity.
- Availability: Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
- Leadership Experience: 6 months leadership experience in a retail environment.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
- Communication Skills: Superior communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
We offer a competitive starting pay range of $17.13 to $17.63 per hour, as well as a range of benefits, including Associate discount, EAP, smoking cessation, bereavement, 401(k) Associate contributions, child care & cell phone discounts, pet & legal insurance, credit union, referral bonuses, and more.
