Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet clients in a friendly and professional manner, escorting them to the appropriate member of our team as needed.
- Parking and Retrieval: Park and retrieve service clients' cars in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that vehicles are stored in designated areas.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Assist with tasks such as finding and installing license plates, replacing vehicle bulbs, and notifying the Assistant Service Manager or Estimator if a client is waiting.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and clear service drive, ensuring that it is free of debris and obstacles.
- Team Collaboration: Assist technicians in moving inoperable vehicles and alert the Manager to any damage to clients' vehicles.
- Administrative Tasks: Assist with housekeeping on the service drive and attend department meetings as required.
- No prior experience necessary.
- Certificates, Licenses, Registrations (Including Driver's License): Operator Driver's License (must be insurable).

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms.
