We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to lead and manage municipal and/or wastewater projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in municipal and/or wastewater engineering, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage municipal and/or wastewater projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
  • Conduct site assessments and technical evaluations to inform project decisions.
  • Develop and implement engineering designs, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to meet project goals and objectives.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers to develop their skills and expertise.
  • Oversee site inspections and quality assurance to ensure project quality and safety.
  • Prepare reports and documentation for various audiences, including clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience, focusing on municipal or wastewater projects.
  • General working knowledge of Civil 3D and WaterCAD.
  • Strong project management skills and effective communication abilities.
  • Proven leadership in multidisciplinary team settings.
