Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineering Construction Manager to lead our projects and teams in Madison, WI. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing project scope, schedule, technical requirements, and client communications. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders, and supporting staff and colleagues on transportation-related projects.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering, 10+ years of relevant experience, and a Professional Engineer (PE) license in the State of Wisconsin or ability to obtain PE. They will also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation.
