Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a talented Business Development Specialist to join our team at Beacon Design by ChemArt. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing plans to exceed annual revenue targets and building long-lasting client relationships.

About the Role:
- Develop and execute plans to exceed annual revenue targets through proactive lead generation.
- Build long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to seamlessly manage projects from concept to completion.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2+ years in B2B sales, account management, or related fields.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRMs is a plus.
- Communication Pro: Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for relationship-building.
- Driven & Detail-Oriented: Able to juggle multiple priorities without missing a beat.
What We Offer:
- Base salary of $70,000 - $110,000 per year + uncapped monthly commissions.
