Job Summary

The Vice President of Mission Integration provides strategic leadership in the development and implementation of programs and activities that align with the mission and core values of CHRISTUS Health. This role ensures effective communication and integration of the organization's mission into all aspects of operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement mission integration strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to teams in the design and delivery of mission-related programs and services.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure alignment of mission integration with organizational priorities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including church leaders and healthcare professionals.
  • Stay up-to-date with Catholic healthcare ethics and directives, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in theology, scripture, spirituality, ethics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in planning, management, and implementation skills.
  • Knowledge of Catholic healthcare and its moral teachings.
  • Minimum of three years of experience working in a healthcare organization.
  • Minimum of five years of management experience preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in developing or working with church and church leaders, outreach programs, and services.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to work as a team member.
