Job Title: Assistant Adolescent Residential Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Adolescent Residential Operations Manager to join our team at Outreach Development Corp. in Brentwood, Long Island. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our adolescent residential services.

Job Summary:

The Assistant Adolescent Residential Operations Manager will assist in supervising the delivery of care coordination services to an adolescent population with a history of substance abuse, some of whom have specialized needs. This includes providing bi-monthly individual supervision to part-time, per diem, and overnight Substance Abuse Counselors, as well as monthly chart auditing to ensure timely and accurate submission of clinical paperwork.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide bi-monthly individual supervision to part-time, per diem, and overnight Substance Abuse Counselors.
  • Conduct monthly chart audits to ensure timely and accurate submission of clinical paperwork.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of care coordination services.
  • Collaborate with the Site Director to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in special family events throughout the year.
  • Participate in Parent Support Group, as needed.
Requirements:
  • CASAC, LMSW, LCSW, LMHC or higher preferred, with 2-3 years of experience in substance abuse and experience in a residential/adolescent setting.
  • Must be able to work the required schedule.
  • Extensive knowledge of community resources available to clients who are diagnosed with substance use disorders, mental health disorders, chronic medical conditions.
  • Unwavering commitment to quality programs and data-driven program evaluation.
  • Ability to manage, coach, and develop high-performance teams that achieve program objectives.
  • Ability to work effectively in collaboration with diverse interdisciplinary teams.
Work Environment:

This job operates in a professional office environment as well as outside in the field. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. Must be able to travel among assigned sites and locations as needed.
