Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Technician to join our Hospital at Home team. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to patients in their homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct in-home patient care activities, including clinical assessment, vital sign monitoring, and patient education.
  • Collaborate with Registered Nurses and other care team members to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Coordinate equipment and supplies to ensure efficient patient care.
  • Document patient information and interventions in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Identify and report patient problems to the care team.
  • Transport patients safely and efficiently.
  • Provide patient education and support to patients and their families.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • EMT-B or EMT-P certification.
  • BLS certification through AHA.
  • Valid driver's license, current auto liability insurance, and annual driving abstract.
Preferred Qualifications
  • ACLS certification.
  • PALS certification.
  • Community paramedic certification.
