Job Overview

The One 23 Group is seeking a highly skilled Lead Business Systems Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our cybersecurity team, you will be responsible for providing technical support for penetration testing, cybersecurity, and information assurance tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for penetration testing and cybersecurity-related tasks, including identifying vulnerabilities and developing test plans to evaluate security measures.
  • Analyze and document existing business operations and practices, reviewing the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems.
  • Assist in selecting cost-effective security controls to mitigate risks and protect business information and processes.
  • Evaluate compliance with relevant regulations and enterprise directives.
  • Plan, design, develop, and launch exercises to test security features and processes within the organization.
  • Compile detailed reports based on findings from system analysis and security tests, offering probable causes and solutions to improve security and business operations.
  • Collaborate with decision-makers, systems owners, and end users to identify business, financial, and operational requirements, defining systems goals and resolving systems-related issues.
  • Develop strategies for improving existing systems by identifying key areas for improvement and setting measurable goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in business systems analysis, with a focus on cybersecurity and IT infrastructure.
  • Must possess one of the following certifications: Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), or CompTIA Security+.
  • Active DoD TOP SECRET/SCI clearance.
