About the Role

NeighborHealth is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our team in the Retail Pharmacy - Maverick department. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting our clinical staff in the management of medication ordering and delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support and assistance to clinical staff in the management of medication ordering and delivery.
  • Communicate effectively among patients, co-workers, insurance companies, and prescribers.
  • Comply with policies and procedures to ensure patient safety, protect patient privacy and security, and adhere to applicable Federal and State laws, regulations, and professional standards.
  • Understand and follow ethical principles and guidelines.
Requirements
  • High School graduate or GED required.
  • Current valid and unrestricted certification from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board of the Institute for the Certification of Pharmacy Technician.
  • Current valid and unrestricted pharmacy technician license from the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Pharmacy.
  • Experience with Epic Willow Ambulatory is a plus.
  • Bilingual Spanish is required.
