Key Responsibilities- Provide support and assistance to clinical staff in the management of medication ordering and delivery.
- Communicate effectively among patients, co-workers, insurance companies, and prescribers.
- Comply with policies and procedures to ensure patient safety, protect patient privacy and security, and adhere to applicable Federal and State laws, regulations, and professional standards.
- Understand and follow ethical principles and guidelines.
- High School graduate or GED required.
- Current valid and unrestricted certification from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board of the Institute for the Certification of Pharmacy Technician.
- Current valid and unrestricted pharmacy technician license from the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Pharmacy.
- Experience with Epic Willow Ambulatory is a plus.
- Bilingual Spanish is required.
