About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Member Service Representative to join our team at Dupont Community Credit Union. As a Digital Member Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members through various digital channels, including secure messaging, phone, and email.

Key Responsibilities
  • Member Service: Manage all member requests via secure messaging, phone, and email, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of issues.
  • Communication: Provide guided and engaging conversations to assist members with various requests, ensuring a positive and impactful service experience.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with leadership and peers to ensure member experience meets service expectations and company standards.
  • Account Maintenance: Assist members with account maintenance needs, including account updates, transfers, and closures.
  • Fraud Prevention: Counsel members on fraud or potential activity on their accounts, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
  • Product Promotion: Promote and educate members on the benefits of self-service products, ensuring they have the necessary tools to manage their accounts effectively.
  • Compliance: Attend or participate in necessary compliance training, including Bank Secrecy Act, OFAC, and Privacy, to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with an emphasis on empathetic listening.
  • Technical Skills: Exceptional keyboarding and computer skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-Solving: High aptitude for detailed work and accuracy, with the ability to problem-solve and think critically.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as a member of a team, contributing to individual, team, and department goals while promoting a positive team environment.
  • Confidentiality: Strong regard for confidential and sensitive information, with the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
