Medication Aide Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Medication Aide to join our team at Pegasus Senior Living. As a Medication Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by administering medications and providing exceptional care.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications to residents as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor residents' health and report any changes or concerns to nursing staff
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
Requirements:
  • Certified as a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) and meet state-specific certification requirements
  • Minimum of six months relevant experience working with older adults (preferred)
