Economics Instructor

Foothill-De Anza Community College District is seeking a part-time economics instructor to join our team. As an adjunct faculty member, you will be responsible for teaching economic courses and contributing to the academic success of our students.
Responsibilities:- Teach economic courses, including principles of economics, microeconomics, and macroeconomics.
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the development of curriculum.
- Master's degree in economics or a related field.
- Experience teaching economics courses at the community college level.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
This is a part-time, non-tenure track position. The successful candidate will be required to work on a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. The position is subject to budgetary approval and may be cancelled at any time.
