Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
  • M.S. in Mechanical, Electrical, or Controls Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in li-ion battery development for electric vehicles or related programs.
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, with experience working in high-pressure situations.
  • Working knowledge of development processes such as APQP and gate-driven product development.
  • Travel 10-20% of the time.
