Marketing Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Phone Room Agent to join our team at Wyndham Destinations. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth through effective marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a brand ambassador for Wyndham Destinations, promoting our vacation ownership products and services to prospective and current owners.

• Partner with resort staff to receive arrival sheets of guests checking in and schedule marketing presentations accordingly.

• Develop and execute marketing plans to engage with guests, promote our products, and drive sales growth.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives and achieve business objectives.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of sales and/or marketing experience, preferably in the vacation ownership industry.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and general computer skills, with the ability to learn new software and technologies quickly.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.
