- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and center development
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions
- Experience in plasma operations or a related field
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
