The Maintenance Supervisor, reporting to the Plant Operations Director, oversees all interior aesthetics activities within the Maintenance Department at St. Tammany Health System. Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and supervise the Maintenance team to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks and projects.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and optimize resource utilization.
  • Collaborate with Plant Operations Director to establish and achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for maintenance and operations.
  • Provide training and guidance to Maintenance team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and motivate the Maintenance team.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve complex maintenance issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
