Database Specialist Job Description

SoundWay is seeking a highly skilled Database Specialist to join our team. As a Database Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex databases for our clients to ensure mission success.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement database systems to meet client requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data models and optimize queries
Provide database administration, maintenance, and updates, as well as data management and performance tuning
Ensure the security and integrity of the database system
Monitor and optimize database performance
Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Certification in MySQL Database Administration or Developer
Minimum 9 years of experience as a Database Engineer or Administrator
Solid experience and proficiency with Database Management Systems such as Oracle, SQL Server, and MySQL
