About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Engineering Program Manager - SETA to join our team in Reston, Virginia. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for providing direct customer support on a critical development effort.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing comprehensive project plans and timelines
  • Leading cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Maintaining open communication channels with customers and stakeholders
  • Collaborating with engineers to identify and mitigate project risks
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must currently hold a TS/SCI and Poly clearance, and have a Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering field. A minimum of nine years of relevant engineering experience is required, along with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is $140,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
