Belcan is in search of a Lead Process Engineer specializing in aerospace manufacturing processes. This full-time role focuses on providing technical guidance and support in the development and optimization of manufacturing techniques for aerospace components.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver comprehensive process engineering support for aerospace component manufacturing.
2. Recommend enhancements to processes and procedures aimed at minimizing production times and reducing defects through data analysis.
3. Review and refine technical documentation, including work instructions and engineering specifications, to uphold quality standards.
4. Conduct investigations into production discrepancies and implement corrective measures.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective production support and process advancements.
6. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for manufacturing processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant engineering discipline such as Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in aerospace manufacturing processes.
- Strong understanding of industry standards and best practices in manufacturing.
- Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
Preferred Skills:
- 5-7 years of experience in aerospace component manufacturing.
- Expertise in statistical process control and quality management methodologies.
- Familiarity with Material Review Boards (MRBs) and nonconformance processes.
