In this role, you will be responsible for the documentation of commercial loans, including commercial real estate purchases and construction transactions.

Responsibilities:

* Prepare loan documents in accordance with bank policies and procedures, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
* Coordinate and resolve any related documentation exceptions, including procedural and title issues, prior to loan closing and disbursement of loan proceeds.
* Input HMDA data into the HMDA LAR and work with the Closing Team Lead and Compliance area to ensure all data is correct for reporting.
* Contribute to and assist in overall lending operations to ensure the department runs efficiently.

Requirements:

* High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
* Two (2) or more years of job-related experience.

Preferred Requirements:

* Knowledge of commercial loan policy, procedures, documentation, and core banking systems.
* Proven customer service and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
