Job Title: Senior Network & Security Engineer

Grange Insurance Association is seeking a highly skilled Senior Network & Security Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting our company's infrastructure, systems, security, and data communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and upgrade workstations, networks, servers, databases, and backups using various technologies.
  • Administration and support of telephony and contact center systems.
  • Implement best practices and manage security solutions.
  • Provide and monitor remote access using VPN, MFA tools, and administration of CrowdStrike and KnowBe4 platforms.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 8 years of networking experience with network/Infrastructure design, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Minimum of 8 years of project management experience.
  • Minimum of 8 years of strong knowledge of firewalls, system access and configuration, network security, and anti-virus products.
  • Expert level experience of Hypervisor experience with VMware, AHV (Nutanix), and Hyper-V.
  • Familiarity with Fortinet, Veeam, KnowBe4, CrowdStrike, VXRail, Nutanix, Azure, Application load balancing (A10, F5), and M365.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Security related certifications, such as CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CISM, Fortinet Solution Specialist, PCCSA, PCNSA, PCNSE, PCCSE, etc.
  • Network related certifications, such as CompTIA Network+, MCSE, CCNP, CCIE, CCNA, VCP, etc.
  • Cloud related certifications, such as MS Azure Administrator, AWS SysOps Administrator, AWS Solutions Architect, AWS Advanced Networking, etc.
